Using a phone in any way while driving can be dangerous and if your Porsche radio lack support for more attractive modern media formats such as Bluetooth and if you are pass CD's , Cassettes or listening to the same old commercials on the radio, the BT5x-CDR30 module is for you! The BT5x-CDR30 is compatible with virtually all Bluetooth phones, and sounds great for mobile conversations and audio streaming. In addition to these audio features, an optional USB type-C "Smart" charging kit can be added to keep devices fully charged while on the road. The included wireless remote control allows users to answer/end calls, track up/down, pause play, volume control and more. Thanks to the BT5x-CDR30, these Porsche vehicle owners are able to keep the radio and car they love while enjoying Bluetooth and audio features available on newer cars.

1. Works in 2009-Up Boxster, 2009-Up Caymans, 2009-Up 997 and others (i.e. Cayenne S, GTS) with CDR30 or CDR31 radios. Not for Porsche PCM.
2. Replaces factory AUX jack, iPod adapter (if present)
3. Adds Hands-free calling and audio streaming features to existing CDR30 or CDR31 factory radios.
4. The CDR30/31 radio will not display song/artist name, call number etc..

Defective returns:
Our returns policy differs from than of other online merchants so we encourage everyone to read the returns policy page it in its entirety prior to ordering.
Defective returns eligible for warranty repair or replacement service:
Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and also the cost to ship back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc.), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We are a family owned and operated specialty car stereo and accessory store and as such every effort is made to get your order processed and shipped at soon as possible; but because 95% of our offerings are made to order (not sitting on shelf collecting dust). Additional time (usually 2-4 working days) is required after which time orders are shipped using shipping method selected at checkout. Products requiring assembly includes this graphic in addition to warning messages at the bottom of product description page.
Paying for a faster delivery method (e.g. Express mail, Priority mail etc.) for products requiring "assembly" does NOT speed up assembly (built by hand) time; however, it does speed up delivery time after shipment.
Delivery time for in stock products requiring assembly= Assembly time (2-4 working days) + transit time (shipping method).

Except for Priority Mail Express® (Overnight Delivery*), USPS delivery times for Priority Mail® and USPS Ground Advantage™ are estimates and are not guaranteed; however ship time to most states is between 2-7 working days.
International orders require additional paperwork and processing time (6-10 days) prior to shipping and due to many factors (custom inspections, carrier changeovers etc. ) we care not able to determine delivery times .
