Thanks to the A2D-C5FM, Corvette vehicles owners are able to stream music applications directly into the radio via FM band. While this solution is not "perfect" the direct connection to the antenna is an improvement over FM transmitters which are prone to static/interference. All the driver has to do is designate a radio preset as a “streaming channel” (87.9 or 88.3MHz), turn on ignition/radio, pair smart device and enjoy favorite streaming services (e.g. Pandora, Apple music, Spotify etc.), GPS app (e.g. Waze etc.), podcast and more. Unlike wireless FM transmitters, this modulator kit connects directly to the C5 radio antenna socket to provide higher quality sound expected from a commercial FM radio station without having to switch between stations when traveling through different areas. With the radio turned "ON"; the Bluetooth module interrupts incoming antenna signal, delivering the strongest signal from smart device. Plug-n-play Installation requires connecting the radio antenna into module and connecting module into the radio antenna socket (Antenna adapter included). The A2D-C5FM provides FM radio quality sound and is a great alternative for 1997-04 Corvette radios lacking dedicated AUX input.
