When you decide to replace the factory radio in your A4 a specific dash kit is required. The latest problem solver from Best Kits is the BKAU2 radio installation kit. These kits play two important roles when replacing the factory radio:
1. Convert size differences between radios:
Dash Kits are designed, specifically for that particular vehicles, to allow the smaller replacement radio to fit into the larger hole where the factory radio was originally installed.
2- Provide mounting support and/or brackets:
Dash kits are designed with either the brackets already attached or with slots where an assortment of tabs included with the kit can be slid onto the kit that become the mounting brackets.

Defective returns eligible for warranty repair or replacement service:
Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and also the cost to ship back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc.), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Additional time (usually 2-4 working days) is required after which time orders are shipped using shipping method selected at checkout. Products requiring assembly includes this graphic in addition to warning messages at the bottom of product description page.
Paying for a faster delivery method (e.g. Express mail, Priority mail etc.) for products requiring "assembly" does NOT speed up assembly (built by hand) time; however, it does speed up delivery time after shipment.
Delivery time for in stock products requiring assembly= Assembly time (2-4 working days) + transit time (shipping method).
