Hands-free Profile (HFP) is not only less distracting than trying to juggle a phone while steering but it’s also the only legal way to do it in many states. Streaming audio (A2DP) allows users to play internet music, turn-by-turn directions and more. AVRCP support Allows car radio/steering wheel "SEEK" button controls to change tracks, answer/end calls, adjust device volume and more. USB Flash drive Allows playback of MP3, WMA, Flac format from USB stick or SD/SDHC card in CD quality. USB charging provides up to 2A or charging current which helps to keep devices charged while on the road and finally an AUX input to plug in and play any device portable audio devices with headphone jacks. After initial pairing and upon entering vehicle, your Smartphone, etc. will automatically connect to module hidden behind dash.

1. Works in 2001-07 Volvo "HU" changer controlling radios with "SOURCE" button listed in drop-down menu above.
2. External CD changer (if present) must be disconnected. The CD changer built into radio (e.g. HU-850 etc.) remains functional.
3. Volvo radio/steering wheel "SKEEK" buttons are used for track and Hands-free controls.
4. Not applicable to older "SC" radios. See our BT6-VOL instead.

Defective returns:
Our returns policy differs from than of other online merchants so we encourage everyone to read the returns policy page it in its entirety prior to ordering.
Defective returns eligible for warranty repair or replacement service:
Within the first 10 days, Discount Car Stereo will replace any defective or damaged part and provide a pre-paid return label (US Customers only). (Pre-paid labels are not issued for other reasons).
After 10 days of receipt, customer covers return shipping cost, however we cover shipping cost to supplier/manufacturer, and also the cost to ship back to you. If original purchase can't be replaced (discontinued etc.), we reserve the right to provide a substitute part of higher or equal value. Any claims for missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We are a family owned and operated specialty car stereo and accessory store and as such every effort is made to get your order processed and shipped at soon as possible; but because 95% of our offerings are made to order (not sitting on shelf collecting dust). Additional time (usually 2-4 working days) is required after which time orders are shipped using shipping method selected at checkout. Products requiring assembly includes this graphic in addition to warning messages at the bottom of product description page.
Paying for a faster delivery method (e.g. Express mail, Priority mail etc.) for products requiring "assembly" does NOT speed up assembly (built by hand) time; however, it does speed up delivery time after shipment.
Delivery time for in stock products requiring assembly= Assembly time (2-4 working days) + transit time (shipping method).
