While it is true that due to their lack of support for more attractive modern media formats, many Jaguar owners have opted to replace the OEM radio. Those adamant about keeping their vehicles as original as possible while also being able to enjoy modern music formats will be pleased to find our BT2-JAG98R. This adapter is sure to open up different option for listening to music and other audio content including internet music, Podcast, turn-by-turn directions and more and unlike other offering, the radio or steering wheel "SEEK" buttons can be used to easily change tracks with minimum distraction. Simply connect module to the CD port on the back of the radio, pair A2DP capable device and enjoy. Once installed, your smart device (Smartphone, Tablet etc.) will automatically pair to the module hidden behind the dash upon entering the vehicle. This clean solution leaves no wires or clutter on or around the dash and is the module you want if looking for music streaming capability without investing in a new radio.

2. Works in 2000-06 X100 (XK8, XKR) with Alpine: Standard sound system only. (Not for Alpine Premium sound system)
3. Works in 1998-03 X308 (XJ8, XJR, VP, DE ) with Alpine: Standard sound system only. (Not for Alpine Premium sound system)
4. 2000-up X100 & X308 with Alpine Premium sound systems are NOT compatible. Theses require our BT2-JAG98 (Don't ignore this warning)
5. CD changer (if present) must be disconnected and will no longer function. To retain use of the CD changer; purchase our BTA-JAG98 instead.
6. Installs/connects to the radio behind the dash. (Radio removal required). Click install guide link below for details.
