Apple is ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack but you won't have to ditch the original factory radio in order to keep up! The BTA-HON03 upgrades the original radio to support Bluetooth music streaming in many 2003-12 Honda & Acura with remote CD changer, satellite radio tuner or RSE. If vehicle does not have one of the aforementioned factory options; purchase our A2D-HON03 instead. For the BTA-HON03 to work as described, vehicle must have a fully functioning remote CD changer or satellite radio tuner (with or without subscription) or RSE which enables crystal clear playback from audio applications (e.g. Pandora, Apple music, Spotify, Deezer, SiriusXM, Waze, Podcast etc.). on the car audio system and with built-in USB charging port (5V/2A); those power hungry devices remain charged while on the road. To install, simply connect module to the 14-pin CD port on the back of the radio, pair A2DP device, press "CD" or "SAT" button on radio and enjoy! When in the mood for Satellite radio programming (if subscribed), remote CD or RSE; simply press the Pause/Play button on remote control and operate remote CD changer or Satellite radio or RSE as customary. This clean solution leaves no wires or clutter on or around the dash and is the accessory you want if looking to add Bluetooth audio streaming connectivity without altering the dash or investing in a new radio.

2. Neither the satellite radio tuner nor remote CD changer are not built-into the AM/FM radio but remotely installed (lower dash, glovebox, trunk etc.)
3. If vehicle only factory option is satellite radio (expired subscription); an aux input is provided to which users may connect and play portable audio devices such as MP3 players, iPods, car play etc.
