Connect and play portable audio devices on select 1994-99 Mercedes CD changer ready radios.
An auxiliary input adapter is one of the most basic ways to play a portable audio device on the car speakers, but the MBZ-AUX is anything but basic! In addition to audio playback, the new MBZ-AUX built-in USB port provides 5V/2.1A of charge which is more than enough to keep those power hungry devices charged while on the road. In addition, the MBZ-AUX supports TRRS which allows the radio SEEK button to change tracks on audio device while driving. (Audio device must include a TRRS jack/support). The MBZ-AUX Auxiliary Input adapter works by converting the factory radio 10-pin CD changer port in select 1994-99 Mercedes Benz into a 3.5mm input. This conversion allows users to connect and play many portable audio devices [ Smartphone, iPod, MP3, DVD, Satellite radio, car play, dongles etc.]. Because the MBZ-AUX connects connect directly to the factory radio; users can expect the best possible sound on the car speakers.

1. Works on Becker: BE1350, BE1394, BE1490, BE1492, BE1650, BE1690, BE1692, BE2210 Alpine: CM2296 and CM2396 radios in select 1994-99 Mercedes Benz.
2. Connects to 10-pin CD socket on radio. CD changer (if present) must be disconnected and will no longer function. Purchase our AUX-MB or A2D-MBCD to retain CD changer functionality.
3. Not compatible with 1999+ digital optic radios. See our A2D-MBFM
4. If Bluetooth connection is preferred; purchase our A2D-MBR music streaming module.

2. 1999 S-Class with Becker BE1692 radios (See compatibility note #1), are compatible. 1999+ digital optic radios (e.g. Audio 10, 20, 30 etc.) are *NOT* supported.
3. This module does not ship same day. It must first be assembled after which it is then shipped using shipping method selected at checkout.
