Your older GM car still runs great and also has the original radio in place unfortunately but lack support for modern media formats such as Bluetooth. Instead of hacking the dashboard with an aftermarket radio; we offer this alternate way of integrating smartphones. The BT3-GM32 triple play module supports: (1) Hands-free calls: (HFP) which is not only less distracting than trying to juggle a phone while steering but is also the only legal way to do it in many counties and states. (2) Audio streaming: (A2DP) allows users to wirelessly stream Apple music, Pandora, Spotify, YouTube, SiriusXM radio, Tune In, turn-by-turn directions and more. (3) Charging: The integrated USB power port (5V/2.1A), is able to keep those power hungry devices charged while on the road. When the need to switch tracks or accept/reject a phone call; simply press the familiar "SEEK" "NEXT" or "PREV" buttons on the factory radio. After initial pairing, the module (hidden behind the dash) automatically connects/disconnects with paired device as soon as the radio is turned on/off.
